Mixed Experience with Service Issues
slow service small elevators
The service in the cabaret lounge was slow. It took 30 minutes to even place a drink order. When my husband tried to order at the bar, staff refused service and insisted we wait at our table. Also the elevators are too small. Waiting times were long especially during breakfast hours
