helpful staffexcellent choiceappalling servicelong wait
the staff were very helpful! the breakfast had an excellent choice of food. reserved tables for disabled guests was a nice touch and appreciated. the swimming pool was a decent size.
the cabaret lounge service was appalling. it took 30 mins to order a drink. my husband went to the bar himself but was refused service, and they told him to wait. we decided to spend our money outside the hotel.

Mixed Experience with Service Issues
slow service
The service in the cabaret lounge was slow. It took 30 minutes to even place a drink order. When my husband tried to order at the bar, staff refused service and insisted we wait at our table. Waiting times were long especially during breakfast hours
